Safe Sexual Practices

Condom Use: Using condoms consistently and correctly during sexual activity can significantly reduce the risk of contracting STDs and unplanned pregnancy.

Regular Testing: Being tested regularly for STDs, especially if sexually active, is crucial for early detection and treatment. If you have a new partner, get tested for STIs before engaging in any sexual intercourse.

Limit Number of Sexual Partners: Reducing the number of sexual partners can lower the risk of exposure to STDs.

Consent: Get consent from all participants before any sexual act.

Communication: Talk openly with your partner about STIs, sexual health, and sexual boundaries.
